The Rules That Govern Your Account

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and fly333 ("fly333", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fly333 platform at fly333.bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the fly333 platform and, if you have registered an account, contact fly333 customer support to arrange account closure.

fly333 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are advised to review the Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility

Use of fly333 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. fly333 enforces a strict 18+ policy. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time during your account lifecycle.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether use of fly333 is lawful in your jurisdiction. fly333 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction.
• Not a fly333 Employee or Associate: Employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors of fly333 — and their immediate family members — are not permitted to hold active betting accounts on the platform.
• Single Account Rule: Each individual may register only one fly333 account. Holding multiple accounts is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances associated with duplicate accounts.

3. Account Registration

To access fly333's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fly333 account credentials — including your username and password. fly333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistan mobile number to provide an additional layer of account security.

• You must not share your fly333 account login credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your fly333 account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fly333 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].
• fly333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it reasonably suspects that the account information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete.

fly333 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following a change to account details. Accepted KYC documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All fly333 financial transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). fly333 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major Pakistani bank accounts including HBL, Meezan Bank, and UBL, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at fly333 is 500 PKR.
• Deposits are credited to your fly333 PKR wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider.
• fly333 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. fly333 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified payment method registered in your name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• fly333 aims to process standard PKR withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Larger withdrawals or those requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours.
• fly333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity patterns.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on fly333 — including live cricket odds, esports markets, jackpot slots, fly333 Casino games, and cockfighting — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. These product-specific rules supplement and are read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Bet Placement: A bet is accepted only when confirmed by fly333's system. A confirmation message will be displayed on-screen upon successful placement. Bets placed during server errors or technical failures may be voided at fly333's discretion.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled by fly333 in accordance with applicable product rules. fly333's settlement decisions are final unless a verifiable system error or data input error is identified and confirmed by fly333's operations team.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on fly333. These limits are displayed within each individual market or game. fly333 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Cancelled Events: If a sports event covered by fly333 is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined under fly333's applicable rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your fly333 PKR wallet.
• Obvious Errors: fly333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a human or system error, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. fly333 will notify affected users and return stakes promptly.

For cricket markets specifically, fly333 follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable for rain-affected matches. For esports markets, fly333 follows tournament organiser rulings for match results.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fly333 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to your fly333 bonus wallet or main wallet as specified in the promotion details.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• fly333 bonuses are valid for a specified redemption period. Bonuses not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method applies, unless fly333 explicitly states otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts, using VPNs to appear from a different location, or coordinating with other users — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account suspension.
• fly333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, for operational or regulatory reasons.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fly333 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one fly333 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point during your account lifecycle.
• Using fly333 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, live odds, or settlement processes through any technical means, including the use of automated betting bots or scripts.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are considered void and will be removed from your account.
• Abusing fly333's bonus and promotion system, including through multi-accounting, VPN use, or coordinated wagering schemes.
• Using fly333's platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fly333 customer support staff or other platform users.

8. Responsible Gaming

fly333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides registered users with a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that remind you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold for a defined time period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from fly333 for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which your account will be restricted from betting and gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from fly333. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fly333 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall platform architecture — is the intellectual property of fly333 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fly333 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any fly333 content.
• Use any fly333 branding, logos, or trade dress without prior written authorisation from fly333.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the fly333 platform for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the fly333 platform software.

Any unauthorised use of fly333's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fly333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the fly333 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of fly333 services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond fly333's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from the actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or affiliated banking providers.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or market data displayed on the fly333 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Losses arising from your use of fly333 in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

fly333's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not, in any event, exceed the net deposits you have made to your fly333 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes fly333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

fly333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept fly333's Privacy Policy.

fly333 collects personal data — including your name, contact details, Pakistan mobile number, payment information, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improving fly333's services.

fly333 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) strictly on a need-to-know basis for the purpose of delivering fly333's services. 12. Amendments to These Terms

fly333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, fly333 will notify registered users via the contact details associated with their account (email or SMS to their registered Pakistan mobile number) at least 14 days prior to the change taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of the Terms is always available at fly333.bet/terms-and-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the table of contents reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of fly333 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must cease using fly333 and may close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to fly333's standard withdrawal procedures.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of fly333 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in connection with any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute with fly333, you are required to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting fly333 customer support at [email protected]. fly333 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be escalated through appropriate legal channels.

fly333 does not waive any rights by failing to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion. A failure to enforce does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
